  There is no way to describe in words the experience we had just yesterday at this AT&T Kona store. We drove all the way from Hawi to take care of 2 minor things that had to be done at the store. I called AT&T and they encouraged me to just pass by the nearest store to take care of it. Well, we drove to Kona. The worker who was supposed to help us was incredibly rude, disrespectful and certainly unhelpful. I wanted to transfer data from my old iPhone to a new iPhone, and the employee was practically staring at us and bluntly told me that my phone cannot be charged, which is untrue. Then, she said that my new iPhone cannot be charged, as well, and that I have two old phones. All was a lie, and told her that I can bring my charger from the car and show her that I can actually charge both phones. Then, she turned around and said that then maybe their machine is not functioning properly. My wife asked her to perhaps use another machine to transfer the data, and she responded that it was also broken. Note that everything she was saying was just false. Note that she was practically staring at me all the time, and she had the audacity to lie and lie,, even though her job was to provide a service, and it is the reason why she is working at the store and getting paid. Now, my wife's phone was screwed by this same AT&T store, and now, each contact is shown nice (9) times. This same AT&T store created this issue, and she asked the same employee if there is a way to fix this issue, since it started the time she visited the AT&T store last time. This AT&T employee had the audacity to just stare at my wife and told her to simply go to each contact and delete that manually. I am in the process of finding out this employee's name since my plans are to report her to AT&T headquarters. We don't expect people to be nice, but do expect them to act professionally. Not all phone issues can be solved, and we don't expect that. We drove 60 miles each way from Hawi to Kona to be insulted, and I will make sure to report this employee and follow-up on it.

  The clerk at the local AT&T store messed up our account with A&T and caused us to be charged for service for a phone we were no longer using. AT&T refused to refund the full amount. AT&T will not have my business any longer once my current contract expires. NOTE: I've been a loyal AT&T user since getting y first cellular phone in 1991. It was the the "Loyalty" team who treated me as if I didn't matter. Funny how little I feel valued right now!
