  This note is in regard to exceptional service I received lately from Anthony Carpenter at the Sprint store DBA Impact Wireless Inc #2 in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. In a panic because my HTC EVO 4G would not accept a charge, I entered the store distressed. I conduct an incredible amount of business on my phone, being without it even a day sets me back tremendously. Mr. Carpenter approached me moments after entering the store, diagnosed my problem, began offering multiple solutions and was able to make wonderful recommendations based on a vast personal knowledge of your products. Additionally, he did everything he could to help me recover as much information from my phone as possible in its final dying moments. I worked for the Bose Corporation in a similar setting for a number of years and highly value this kind of product knowledge, attention to detail, and level of service that is often overlooked in other places I do business. I am incredibly impressed with Anthony Carpenter as a representative for your company. I've been a Sprint customer since 1999 and am consistently pleased with my treatment and service, but especially in this instance. Thank you for outstanding service.
