  This store should pay more attention to the kind of people they hire, including floor managers. I lady in line in front of me returned an item, with the tags still intact, and I wanted to buy the item right there. The cashier said "it won't be put back on the floor until later on" and when I asked for the manager he said the same thing! I was like are these people stupid? Here I am, wanting to buy an item at the store, and they are telling me to come back later because they are too lazy to move ot from the returns bin to the shelf?! Congratulations Ross Dress for Less, you just lost a customer. I can't stand people who try to say no 100 times before being forced to say yes, especially in a retail business.
