They walked me through my first mod and what i should be looking for, giving me options as well as first hand experience. extremely helpful and welcoming! After about 3 weeks the mod stopped working properly. The guys in the shop tried helping me with common fixes as well as looking up any solutions they could find online. They weren't able to fix it so i figured id just have to buy a new one... but the manager(? the guy i always see in there every time i go) hooked me up with a new mod since i kept the box and all the relevant things that came with it, Beyond exceptional service and a great spirit of Aloha to go along. I recommend this shop above all others and their new hours are incredibly convenient!
